The Sentinel is a vehicle in Jailbreak. It is the fourth community-created vehicle, being modeled by Ickleon37. The Sentinel released alongside another community-created vehicle, the revamped Volt, modeled by TommyIsDaBoss in the Season 4 Mid-Season Update.
The Sentinel previously spawned inside the level 4 base, located beneath the Military Base before being moved to the surface after the Military Update with the relocation of the Military Base, while also spawning at the Secret Agent Base.
Overview
The Sentinel appears to be a rugged transporter, boasting angular styling, large wheel wells and tires, and other unconventional styling ques. It can seat seven players, the third highest in the game, beaten by the Goliath and the Prison Bus. It has a very narrow windshield likely takes its inspiration from armored vehicles. There is a commander hatch for the driver to enter and exit through, and 4 seats in the back with screens. In addition, there are two circular seats flanking the hatch. Finally, there are pipes that connect the front to the back.
Performance
The Sentinel is relatively fast, beating several seasonal vehicles such as the Beam Hybrid, JB8 and Icebreaker, some supercars but it loses to all hypercars. It has good acceleration for a heavy vehicle. It has very good handling capabilities and includes decent braking ability, although it has a rather sluggish launch speed. A major selling point of the vehicle is the amount of seats it has. A major problem however is its terrible spawn location, being near a Garage. Its overall specifications can be treated as a direct upgrade to the Interrogator, another vehicle also intended for squad police usage and while despite the impracticality of having a seating capacity of 7 and a very poor choice for a spawn location, the ratio of decent performance to price makes the Sentinel a cheap alternative to million dollar vehicles such as the Black Hawk.

- Ickleon37, the creator of the Sentinel, created it to include a turret in the back trunk of the truck.[1] It was smaller than the minigun present on other vehicles. The turret, however, was removed by Badimo, favoring significantly higher seating capacity instead.
- The vehicle was originally created for the purpose of being "The only car with a turret without paying Robux," (which it would have been at the time if the minigun was added) making the minigun one of the main features of the vehicle.
- Ickleon37 mentioned specifically that if adding the turret was not possible, more seating was acceptable.

- Due to its spawn being inside the level 4 base, which is a level-locked location, players who wanted to buy it on release either need to be at Level 4, own the VIP gamepass, have someone with either drive them into the base, or have an owner of the vehicle drive the vehicle outside of the base for them to purchase.
- As of the Prison Bus Update on July 7, 2023, vehicles can now be directly purchased from the garage, meaning players can now purchase the vehicle before reaching Level 4 even without the VIP gamepass or another player.
- As of the Military Update, the Escape Bot spawn was removed from underneath the Military Base as it was relocated.
- The Sentinel has a custom default license plate, reading "Ickleon" which references its creator. This plate is shared with the Camper and Semi, both of which are also modeled by Ickleon37.
